SIMPRO is hiring a Digital Demand Manager to accelerate growth through new and emerging digital channels. This role will lead experimentation across paid media, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and partner with agencies to drive qualified pipeline for a global field service management leader.

Role Summary

As Digital Demand Manager, you will pioneer and scale demand generation across paid search, paid social, display, CTV, and other emerging platforms. You will own cross-channel experimentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion while supporting SIMPRO’s market expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore, test, and launch new digital demand channels, including emerging ad platforms, publications, and Connected TV (CTV).
  • Plan and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns aligned to the buyer journey and new market expansion.
  • Analyze performance across platforms; generate insights and recommendations to improve pipeline velocity, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Oversee agency partners for PPC and paid social; identify new growth opportunities and ensure effective execution.
  • Run A/B tests and use data to optimize targeting, creatives, and funnel conversion, with emphasis on nascent channels.
  • Stay current on demand generation best practices, martech trends, and innovative digital advertising solutions.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience launching and scaling new digital advertising channels for B2B demand generation.
  • Familiarity with trades and B2B SaaS marketing concepts and buying journeys.
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, and CTV.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable reporting for growth.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth in less mature markets through innovative digital strategies and testing.
  • Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Compensation: USD $89,023–$116,732, plus comprehensive benefits.
