Siemens is hiring a Communications Professional to support SI Logistics across North America. This hybrid role, based in Alpharetta, GA, blends executive communications, internal storytelling, and channel management to keep employees informed and engaged while advancing strategic initiatives.

Role Summary

• Department: SI Logistics, Siemens Industry
• Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid; up to two remote days weekly)
• Region: Supports logistics teams across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada
• Team: Integral member of a diverse, collaborative communications team
• Travel: Approximately 5–10% as business needs arise

Key Responsibilities

• Support regional supply chain logistics communications across North America.
• Prepare talking points, presentation decks, and communication plans for senior logistics leaders and forums.
• Coordinate leadership communications for site visits, town halls, and all-hands meetings; support global live-stream sessions from SI NA.
• Deliver regular internal updates, newsletters, and key messages for logistics employees.
• Translate complex logistics and transformation topics into clear, engaging communications for varied audiences.
• Create content such as articles, videos, social posts, infographics, email campaigns, and PowerPoint assets; build SharePoint pages.
• Manage SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams channels, and newsletter tools; drive continuous improvement in content delivery and engagement.
• Partner with the SI Global team to align messaging; respond to ad hoc requests and support compliance requirements.
• Coach team members on communications best practices and provide feedback as needed.

Ideal Profile

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Engage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor content to different audiences.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Siemens communications and tools; knowledge of Siemens products or business units.
• Team mindset, strong sense of ownership, and excellent deadline management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Previous experience in operational finance within a business unit or segment is a plus.

Compensation, Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time role based in Alpharetta, GA. The annual salary range is $44,100–$75,600 USD; actual compensation depends on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
