Role Summary
The Relationship Marketing Manager cultivates and manages relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, skilled nursing and rehab centers, hospice and home health agencies, physician practices, and other influence centers. You will conduct regular outreach, coordinate presentations, and track activity and outcomes to support consistent referral growth. Within nine months of hire, the role is expected to generate a minimum of ten new clients per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map local influence centers to build a robust referral network.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, networking, and digital outreach; visit and arrange meetings with referral-ready contacts.
- Engage 8–10 referral sources daily (four days per week) to nurture relationships and secure referrals.
- Present Senior Helpers’ services—including Return Home with Senior Helpers—to discharge coordinators and community groups.
- Leverage a monthly marketing calendar; organize daily networking and relationship-building tasks.
- Maintain CRM data, develop weekly activity reports, and track KPIs and marketing metrics.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and community events as needed; uphold professional standards at all times.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives, including client acquisition targets within the first nine months.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing/sales/business development in home care, home health, or healthcare (in lieu of degree).
- At least 1 year in the healthcare industry leading or contributing to a sales strategy (preferred).
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-up; ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Strong communication, active listening, rapport-building, and partnership development skills.
- Self-starter, solutions-focused, and results-oriented; comfortable setting and measuring SMART goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook; quick to learn new software.
- Thrives independently and as a collaborative team member; excellent verbal and written communication.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Dakota County, Scott County, and southern Washington County.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Full-time position based in Savage, MN, with regional travel as outlined above. The expected salary range is $60,887–$74,146 USD, depending on experience.
