Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will set the strategic direction for property advertising, own ILS platform optimization, and cultivate relationships across a complex stakeholder matrix. You will lead and mentor a team of Marketing Advisors, partner with cross-functional leaders, and deliver full-funnel programs that align with business goals. Success includes effective new development lease-ups, disciplined budget and timeline management, and continuous performance optimization grounded in analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for property advertising and brand campaigns across the portfolio.
• Own ILS platform strategy, optimization, and vendor relationships to improve leasing outcomes.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new developments and lease-ups, including timelines and budgets.
• Guide and mentor Marketing Advisors; establish priorities, workflows, and quality standards.
• Drive full-funnel programs spanning SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, development, and external partners to align on goals and execution.
• Set KPIs, analyze performance in analytics platforms, and optimize channel mix and spend.
• Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships to accelerate decision-making and results.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate or property management.
• Proven success in new development and lease-up marketing, with GTM, timeline, and budget ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content.
• Fluency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau) and CRM platforms for performance tracking.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience preferred; ability to coach and set clear standards.
• Familiarity with Funnel, Yardi, or Entrata is a plus.
• Analytical decision-maker with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

• Title: Marketing Manager; Employment: Full-time.
• Location: Seattle, WA.
• Compensation: USD $100,000–$115,000, plus bonus opportunities.
