Seattle Bank’s CD Valet is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Organic) to lead content-led growth across search, emerging AI platforms, and social. You’ll blend strategic SEO/AEO, editorial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to attract, engage, and convert high-intent consumer savers and financial institution partners. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can set strategy, execute, and measure impact.

CD Valet is a new fintech marketplace that helps consumers compare and open Certificates of Deposit (CDs) with competitive rates and terms nationwide. With daily rate updates and earnings calculators, it equips savers with tools to meet their goals. Financial institutions use CD Valet’s advertising, analytics, and account-opening solutions to attract deposits. Role Summary

Own CD Valet’s organic growth strategy across SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO). Lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO; build and manage a content roadmap (blogs, resources, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies); optimize for AI-powered search visibility; manage organic social channels; align with paid campaigns and lifecycle programs; and partner with product on in-product growth levers such as referrals and user-generated content. Collaborate closely with compliance to ensure marketing accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO to improve domain authority and search visibility.
  • Plan and produce SEO-rich content (blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, case studies) that attracts and converts high-intent traffic.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, product managers, and subject matter experts to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage organic social on LinkedIn, Facebook, and X to drive consumer traffic and financial institution lead generation.
  • Align organic strategy with paid performance campaigns and lead nurturing flows.
  • Track and report on KPIs including organic traffic, SERP rankings, bounce rates, backlinks, and AI visibility.
  • Integrate content and SEO strategies into broader marketing and product goals in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with product on growth levers inside the product, such as referral programs and user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience; fintech or financial services preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing content for AI platforms and AEO.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and generative AI tools.
  • Ability to write, edit, and commission content that ranks and converts; oversee contract writers as needed.
  • Drive to understand AI models and structure content for prompt visibility and AI search performance.
  • Comfort working with data to identify content and conversion opportunities and act on insights.
  • Interest in financial services and personal finance; disciplined approach to compliance in marketing.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and adapt to evolving AI and search trends.
  • Proactive, results-focused communicator with strong collaboration skills.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Job Type: Full-time | Location: Mercer Island, WA | Estimated Salary Range: USD $90,000–$120,000. Total rewards include comprehensive benefits and incentive opportunities.
