Saviynt is hiring a seasoned B2B SaaS brand leader to shape and scale its global brand. This executive role spans corporate communications, content and thought leadership, social media, and creative services—driving a cohesive narrative that advances Saviynt’s position in identity security.

Role Summary
As Vice President of Brand and a member of the marketing leadership team, you will define the brand vision and ensure consistent expression across channels. You will lead PR and media relations, content and thought leadership, social strategy, and an in-house creative function spanning design and video—partnering closely with demand gen, product marketing, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global brand strategy to reinforce category leadership in identity security.
- Own corporate communications, including PR and media relations across tier 1 business and industry outlets.
- Build scalable content programs (whitepapers, blogs, executive bylines, customer stories, industry reports).
- Develop executive thought leadership with speaking, op-eds, podcasts, and social amplification.
- Oversee organic and paid social strategies to grow reach and engagement with key audiences.
- Lead creative services (design and video) to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets for campaigns and events.
- Partner cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, and field marketing for cohesive messaging.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team that blends creativity with operational excellence.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with senior leadership across brand, content, and communications.
- Proven ability to build and scale thought leadership programs.
- Deep expertise in corporate communications, PR, and executive visibility initiatives.
- Content strategy and production fluency across digital, video, long-form, and social formats.
- Creative storytelling backed by a portfolio of brand-defining work.
- Strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing internal teams plus agencies and creative partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
Compliance and Policies
- Complete security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
- Review, understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies including Data Classification, Retention & Handling; Incident Response; Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery; Mobile Device; Account Management; Access Control; Personnel Security; and Privacy.

Compensation and Location
