Paid Media Specialist — Cardio Partners (Sarnova) | Cincinnati, OH
Cardio Partners, a division of Sarnova, is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to support paid search execution across a portfolio of ecommerce brands. In this full-time role, you’ll help manage budgets, build and optimize campaigns, and report on performance across Google, Microsoft Bing, and Meta, partnering closely with the SEM Manager and cross-functional teams.

The company delivers end-to-end cardiac solutions, including FDA-approved defibrillator devices (new and recertified), consultation, nationwide CPR training, and program management services. Role Summary
Reporting to the SEM Manager, the Paid Media Specialist assists with paid search strategy and day-to-day execution. You’ll manage budgets and pacing, conduct keyword research and forecasting, build and launch campaigns, write ad copy, and analyze performance to inform optimizations. Your work will drive discoverability, visibility, and revenue growth while aligning paid efforts with SEO, content, and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the SEM Manager on strategy, campaign setup, organization, and management.
- Manage day-to-day budgets and pacing across multiple accounts with similar KPI goals.
- Pull and analyze performance reports; provide insights and optimization recommendations.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly QA checks to maintain account health.
- Write ad creative from briefs, landing pages, and internal guidance; launch ad hoc SEM initiatives with proper trafficking and QA.
- Collaborate with marketing to align paid search with SEO and sales programs.
- Identify and test new tactics with vendor partners, including Google and Microsoft.
- Stay current on SEM trends, best practices, tools, and platform updates.
- Support content needs for product launches, feature rollouts, and special campaigns.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or business/finance.
- 2+ years of hands-on paid search management; agency or multi-brand experience preferred.
- Proven track record managing six-figure monthly ad spend at scale.
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Editor tools.
- Experience with bid management platforms (e.g., SA360, Skai/Kenshoo, Adobe, Optmyzer).
- Google and Microsoft Advertising certifications.
- Strength in keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding, and conversion tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with large datasets and digital revenue metrics.
- Excellent quantitative analysis; data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about how SEM connects to broader business outcomes; test-and-learn mindset.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
This is a full-time role based in Cincinnati, OH. Office schedule is Monday–Thursday in-office and Friday remote, effective September 1, 2025.
