Company Overview
Saks is hiring a Specialist, Growth Marketing — Display to support its retail media efforts through the Saks Media Network. The team partners closely with brands to plan and optimize campaigns across tentpole moments, seasonal events, and key promotions.
Role Summary
In this position, you will lead selling conversations with brand partners (with manager support), tailor pitches for key retail moments, confirm activation details, and translate performance into clear recommendations and incremental investment opportunities. You will also track media revenue, collaborate closely with IM, and support campaign setup and optimization as bandwidth allows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead selling conversations with brands for the Saks Media Network with support from the manager.
- Craft compelling, tailored pitches to drive incremental retail media investment for tentpole moments, holidays, and key promotions.
- Confirm all campaign details required for activation, including budgets, SKUs, and flight dates.
- Partner with IM on an ongoing basis to identify opportunity brands, build joint COOP/SMN pitches, and share relationship insights.
- Translate performance updates into clear recaps and next-step recommendations for brand partners, including pitches for incremental spend.
- Track retail media dollar collection using the media calculator to maintain accurate revenue visibility.
- Support campaign setup and optimization as needed to improve performance and delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of marketing, digital, or media agency experience; media experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently, accurately, and on time.
- Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with datasets; able to conduct analysis independently and communicate results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Omniture/Google Analytics) and campaign management tools (Criteo, Ads Manager, Google Ads).
Compensation And Location
Salary range: $62,400–$80,200 USD. Per the employer, the final offer may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This is a full-time role based in New York, NY.
