Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Monitor performance metrics including spend, impressions/share, clicks, CTR, inquiries, and inquiry-to-enrollment rate.
- Optimize toward cost per inquiry (CPI) and cost per enrollment targets; support a healthy LTV:CAC ratio.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to expand, refine, and structure campaigns effectively.
- Review auction insights to understand competitors; suggest ad content aligned to brand value propositions.
- Stay current on Google trends and product features; explore and test new capabilities where appropriate.
- Maintain account health and collaborate with platform support teams to apply constructive recommendations.
- Share market and channel insights with divisional marketing and communications partners.
- Partner with Senior and peer Performance Marketing Analysts on execution, analysis, and reporting.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–2 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics.
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Fundamental grasp of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving skills; fast learner who adapts quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; effective independently and in team settings.
