This senior role blends strategy and execution across demand generation, field marketing, ABM, partner programs, and content—owning pipeline creation and brand expansion across the US (with emphasis on AMER), UK, Europe, and Australia.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and serving on the marketing leadership team, the Head of Marketing, AMER & International will develop and execute regional growth strategies, align tightly with sales, and lead a distributed team. Success looks like measurable B2B lead generation, accelerated pipeline velocity, and coherent brand presence across regions—grounded in data, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional lead generation strategies for AMER, UK, Europe, and Australia, tailored to market dynamics.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize scoring, nurturing, and conversion across the funnel.
- Align with sales on targets, territories, and campaign orchestration to drive predictable pipeline.
- Build pipeline for enterprise and mid-market segments; design ABM programs for new logo and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with product and customer success to identify cross-sell and upsell motions within key accounts and verticals.
- Monitor pipeline health and forecast performance; present insights and recommendations to the CMO and executive team.
- Plan and execute field marketing programs, including trade shows, webinars, and regional customer experiences (in-person and virtual).
- Localize strategies and content to reflect cultural and market nuances across regions.
- Lead a global content strategy that supports demand generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team; foster accountability and collaboration.
- Manage budgets for AMER and international markets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Establish KPIs and leverage marketing analytics (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, Amplitude) for measurement and optimization.
- Represent the brand at industry events and stay current on emerging B2B marketing trends and technologies.
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years in B2B marketing; 5+ years leading regional or global teams in senior roles.
- Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline growth across AMER, UK, Europe, and/or Australia; PLG or SaaS experience preferred.
- Depth in ABM, demand generation, field marketing, events, and content strategy and distribution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking and operational rigor in fast-paced environments.
- Experienced people leader with a track record of building and coaching distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, Amplitude).
Compensation, Benefits & Location
Full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY. Estimated salary range: $120,000–$200,000 USD per year, plus equity potential and benefits.
