Riverside Insights (Riverside Assessments LLC) is hiring a Regional Partnership Manager to grow adoption of its Classroom products across a defined territory. If you excel at executive-level K–12 selling and consultative, data-informed sales, this role offers the chance to drive regional impact while working remotely.

Role Summary

The Regional Partnership Manager, Classroom is responsible for driving revenue through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and new business. You will build relationships with district and state leaders, execute a territory plan, and align closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to meet market needs.

  • Drive growth via new business and expansion of existing accounts within the territory.
  • Build executive-level relationships with Superintendents, CTOs, Curriculum Directors, and other decision-makers.
  • Lead compelling in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and consultative discussions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure market alignment and customer success.
  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and timely follow-up on MQLs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  • Represent Riverside at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.

Ideal Profile

  • 5–7 years of successful EdTech SaaS sales experience with a track record in K–12 districts.
  • Ability to sell at the executive level; understands district priorities, budgets, and purchasing cycles.
  • Consultative sales approach with skill in surfacing pain points and aligning solutions to outcomes.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking; comfortable leading board-level and conference sessions and webinars.
  • Deep familiarity with LMS, SIS, funding sources (ESSER, Title I), and compliance (FERPA, COPPA).
  • Highly self-motivated; able to prioritize, manage a territory, and report using CRM and data-driven insights.

Location, Travel, And Work Setup

Remote role; candidates must be based in Virginia, Tennessee, or Kentucky. Expect 50%+ travel across the region. The role may require extended periods of sitting or standing.

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range: $85,000–$105,000 USD, plus applicable commission. U.S.-based range; final offer considers experience, credentials, internal ranges, and market data.
