Role Summary

As VP, Brand Marketing, you will oversee integrated marketing, social media, communications, and influencer functions. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with the Founder and CEO, you will steward brand voice and identity, orchestrate 360-degree campaigns, and build a scalable brand engine that inspires customers and fuels growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor integrated marketing, social, communications, and influencer teams with clear goals and KPIs tied to growth.
  • Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and Growth Marketing to deliver cohesive, 360-degree brand campaigns across channels.
  • Own and evolve Ring Concierge’s brand voice; build tools and frameworks that enable consistency company-wide.
  • Set brand strategy across retail and digital; lead launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activations with a focus on ROI.
  • Define and manage brand KPIs (awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion) and optimize based on insights and performance data.
  • Provide strategic oversight for social media; guide editorial direction, platform strategy, testing, and innovation to drive community and revenue.
  • Build and lead communications, influencer, and partnership strategies; cultivate relationships with media, creators, and cultural connectors.
  • Implement robust ROI frameworks for influencer and partnership spend; double down on effective programs and eliminate inefficiencies.

Ideal Profile

  • 12+ years of relevant brand marketing experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across brand functions.
  • Strong editorial sensibility with a data-driven mindset; comfortable balancing creativity and performance.
  • Experience aligning brand strategy to business objectives and measuring impact across social, communications, and influencer channels.
  • Deep understanding of consumer dynamics, cultural trends, brand storytelling, and media/influencer ecosystems.
  • Track record of establishing partnerships with influencers, brands, and media; skilled collaborator in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with in-house creative teams, editorial partners, and agencies; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Full-time role based in midtown New York, NY, operating on a hybrid model with four days per week in office. Office hours are 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed in a startup environment. Salary: USD 210,000–230,000, commensurate with experience.
