RevolutionParts, Inc. is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist — ECommerce to develop and optimize paid media programs for automotive dealership clients. This remote, full-time role blends hands-on campaign management with client-facing reporting in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

Role Summary
As part of the agency team, you will own strategy and execution across Google and Bing programs—particularly search and shopping—while managing multiple client accounts. You’ll analyze performance, refine budgets and bids, and translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategy, creation, and planning of Google/Bing paid search and shopping campaigns for auto dealership customers.
- Monitor pacing and adjust campaigns to utilize budgets efficiently.
- Build, interpret, and present performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Recommend tactics to improve ROI and revenue based on data-driven insights.
- Communicate with dealership clients, set expectations, and track progress against goals.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
Ideal Profile
RevolutionParts is hiring Digital Marketing Specialists at multiple levels. If your experience aligns with most—though not necessarily all—of the requirements below, you’re encouraged to apply.
- Master-level understanding of Google Ads.
- 2–3 years of digital marketing experience; agency background preferred.
- Proven ability to manage several accounts at once.
- Experience with Google or Bing Shopping campaigns preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for clients.
- Strong copywriting and grammar skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; proactive and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving projects forward.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Base salary range is $60,000–$80,000 USD, with final compensation determined by experience and interview performance. This is a full-time, remote position.
