This highly visible role partners with the Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) to shape an integrated IR marketing strategy, deepen engagement across the investment community, and support core IR programs including quarterly earnings.

Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Investor Relations will serve as a key external point of contact and an internal connector—partnering closely with the CIRO and executive leadership. The remit includes building and executing a global IR marketing plan, leading investor targeting, coordinating events and roadshows, developing investor-facing materials, and driving internal processes, reporting, and measurement for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CIRO to set the annual IR marketing strategy across geographies, forums (conferences, NDRs, bus tours), and management participation.
- Lead investor targeting analysis; provide intelligence on prospective investors and maintain global targeting documents to guide meeting prioritization.
- Own the IR marketing calendar and drive efficient planning and logistics with internal teams and external partners.
- Establish annual goals and measurement programs for IR marketing effectiveness; report progress and insights to stakeholders.
- Support development of key messages, corporate narrative, and investor presentations to enhance engagement and clarity.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure best-in-class IR tools, CRM, and services are in place.
- Support IR and Legal to uphold compliance with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) and related policies.
Ideal Profile
Core Skills
- Hands-on IR marketing experience, with exposure to corporate access and/or prior IR team roles.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; process-oriented with a drive for efficiency and standardization.
- Collaborative approach with comfort engaging across executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and professionalism.
- Self-starter with situational awareness and resourcefulness; anticipates needs and takes initiative.
- Financial acumen and a strong understanding of how investors and sell-side analysts evaluate companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strategic thinker who can simplify complex concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s or CFA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in investor relations for a public company, on the sell side, and/or in corporate access.
- Fluency in financial statements and valuation modeling; familiarity with investor and analyst workflows for equity evaluation.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and crisp communication tailored to varied audiences.
- Proven relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Background in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with third-party IR CRM and targeting tools.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Base pay range for this role is $157,000–$235,000 USD (individual pay varies by location, qualifications, experience, and skills). The role is eligible for an annual cash bonus and may be eligible for stock equity at the company’s discretion. Employment is full-time and remote; for roles outside the U.S., pay is determined by local factors.
