Resideo is hiring two Managers, Pro Marketing – Comfort & Water to drive growth through HVAC and plumbing professionals. In this full-time role based in Golden Valley, MN, you will lead co-marketing, communications, enablement, and demand generation that help Pros promote and sell Resideo solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep channel experience, excellent project management, and comfort navigating indirect sales models.

Role Summary

You will develop and execute partner-centric marketing strategies for HVAC and plumbing Pros, align closely with sales on high-impact opportunities, and support go-to-market plans for new product launches and Pro onboarding. Day to day, you’ll plan and run co-branded campaigns, build enablement toolkits and training, and use CRM and marketing automation to measure performance and optimize for lead generation, pipeline influence, ROI, and engagement. The role serves as the marketing liaison to internal teams and Pro partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Build marketing strategies aligned to company and Pro objectives; partner with sales to identify high-impact accounts; support go-to-market for new launches and Pro onboarding.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and run co-branded campaigns with Pros across email, digital ads, webinars, content syndication, and events; develop assets such as sales decks, case studies, email templates, and landing pages.
  • Pro Enablement: Create training materials, toolkits, and communications to help Pros market and sell effectively; facilitate onboarding and ongoing engagement for new and existing partners.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track program effectiveness using CRM and marketing automation; report on leads, pipeline influence, ROI, and Pro engagement; iterate based on insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with sales, product marketing, content, and operations; act as the marketing liaison for Pro relationships and maintain brand consistency.

Ideal Profile

  • 6+ years in marketing, product management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success with joint marketing programs and managing HVAC/Plumbing Pro relationships or B2B demand generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Strong project management; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or manufacturing industries.
  • Understanding of Pro portals, PRM systems, and channel incentive programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, agile environment.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
