Account Executive, Ready Rebound (Remote – Northeast Territory)
Ready Rebound is hiring a remote Account Executive to expand its return-to-work sports medicine solution for first responders across municipal agencies. You’ll build new relationships and grow existing accounts with fire and police departments and city leadership to drive revenue and improve outcomes for injured personnel and their families.

Role Summary
As an Account Executive, you will develop and execute territory plans in the Northeast, engaging municipal stakeholders—Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, City Managers, Risk Management, and HR—to position Ready Rebound’s return-to-work sports medicine solution. You’ll apply the MEDDIC sales process, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with marketing, operations, and client services, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. This is a full-time, remote role with national travel as needed (up to 50%).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients across fire and police departments to promote the return-to-work solution.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, City Managers, Risk Management, HR, and healthcare administrators.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve individual and team goals.
- Leverage the MEDDIC methodology to qualify opportunities, uncover pain points, and advance deals to close.
- Create tailored presentations, proposals, and collateral in partnership with marketing.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors; provide regular feedback on market dynamics and client needs.
- Partner with operations and client services to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting in Salesforce; deliver reliable forecasts.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas while contributing to team initiatives.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of sales experience; healthcare, municipal, or B2B environments preferred.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Working knowledge of MEDDIC with disciplined, day-to-day application.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed (up to 50%).
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
- Employment: Full-time, remote; Northeast territory focus.
- Compensation: $66,916–$82,670 USD plus commission; dependent on experience and skill set.
