Quantilope is hiring a Research Consultant to help leading brands unlock high-quality insights with speed and ease. In this role, you will guide clients through sophisticated survey-based research, translate outcomes into actionable recommendations, and train users on Quantilope’s Agile Insights Platform. It is a remote position based out of New York, NY, with a strong client-facing and advisory focus.

Role Summary

As a Research Consultant on the Customer Success team, you will partner closely with clients to scope research designs, build and optimize surveys, interpret data, and communicate clear recommendations. You will also train new customers, mentor junior colleagues, and serve as a product expert who helps embed the platform into clients’ daily workflows.

  • Guide clients through complex research needs via sophisticated online survey design.
  • Deliver bespoke, novel insights and approaches that address specific business questions.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in market research best practices and methods.
  • Train new customers on the software and empower them to use it independently.
  • Become a product expert and respond effectively to customer inquiries and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted partner to ensure the platform becomes integral to client workflows.

Ideal Profile

  • Passion for quantitative market research and agile software technologies.
  • Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing, or statistics.
  • 3+ years of survey-based marketing research experience (e.g., pricing, ad impact, product innovation, packaging, branding).
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of study and questionnaire design.
  • Proficiency with methods such as A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, and Implicit/System 1 techniques.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and consulting skills; comfortable under pressure.

Compensation And Location

Base salary: $80,000–$86,000 USD, plus a 10% bonus. Location: New York, NY. Work type: Remote. Quantilope also offers flexible PTO and additional benefits outlined above.
