Role Summary
The Corporate Account Executive (CAE) will build, nurture, and expand relationships with key corporate accounts. The CAE identifies new opportunities, grows existing accounts, and positions QualTex’s testing and laboratory services as trusted solutions. Success in this role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to world-class customer service and QualTex’s ASPIRE values.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and pursue new business to expand the customer base and accelerate revenue growth.
- Develop tailored growth strategies and comprehensive account plans aligned with QualTex’s objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, building trust-based, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to review satisfaction, surface emerging needs, and propose value-adding solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Quality Assurance to deliver on expectations.
- Use data and analytics to track growth, identify revenue opportunities, and refine strategies over time.
- Maintain deep knowledge of QualTex services and testing capabilities; stay current on regulatory requirements and innovations.
- Capture and act on the voice of the customer; provide responsive service in alignment with ASPIRE values and quality standards.
- Travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events; occasional international travel may be required.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management (laboratory, biomedical, or healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality frameworks (e.g., FDA, EU, ISO, GHM, cGMP, OSHA) and laboratory systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; experience selling to the C-suite.
- Proven ability to develop account strategies, forecast, and collaborate across functions to close opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record; ability to operate vehicles in varied weather; U.S. passport preferred.
- High integrity, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail; self-starter with strong work ethic.
Compensation, Location, And Work Setup
Full-time, hybrid role based in Norcross, GA (Metro Atlanta). Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The expected salary range is $74,309–$95,220 USD, with eligibility for an incentive compensation plan. Travel requirements up to 50% (domestic, with occasional international).
