Role Summary
As part of the Global Brand Experience team, this Director role sets strategic direction, shapes end-to-end customer journeys, and protects brand consistency across marketing touchpoints. You’ll lead business development aligned to PwC’s values, mentor future leaders, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver tech-enabled, data-informed brand experiences.

Ideal Profile
Must Have
- High school diploma.
- Eight or more years in a marketing, brand, or brand compliance/protection role.
Preferred / What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in brand strategy and experience design.
- Track record improving client/customer experience at scale.
- Experience building and leading creative, cross-functional brand experience teams.
- Ability to leverage consumer insights and UX research to drive engagement and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and project/program management skills across global stakeholders.
- Aptitude for identifying strategic partnerships that enhance the brand ecosystem.
- Experience implementing innovative, tech-enabled branded experiences.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Location: Austin, TX. PwC lists a base salary range of $122,500–$504,500 (listed for Maryland-based roles); actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws, and an annual discretionary bonus may be available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
