Role Summary

As part of the Internal Communications team, the Senior Coordinator supports People/HR communications and reports to the VP, Global Internal Communications. You’ll partner closely with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align in-function updates with enterprise storytelling, maintain a coordinated communications calendar, and deliver clear, timely content across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain People function channels (e.g., Teams, town halls, all-people emails).
• Draft and distribute approved communications that align with the global editorial calendar.
• Measure effectiveness of campaigns; recommend improvements to increase engagement over time.
• Partner with People/HR leaders to execute associate-facing initiatives with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute storytelling ideas that highlight People function wins, learning and development programs, and key resources.
• Publish approved content across Insider+ (PVH’s intranet) and email channels.
• Create and manage timelines for key People initiatives to ensure on-time delivery of communications.
• Establish a regular reporting cadence and proactively suggest optimizations based on performance metrics.

Ideal Profile

• 2–3 years of writing, editorial, or communications experience; HR or Internal Communications experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing.
• Clear, concise writing with a modern approach and associate-centric tone.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across teams and levels, including senior leadership.
• Familiarity with intranet platforms, email distribution tools, and CMS systems.
• Highly organized project manager; comfortable with tight deadlines and detail-oriented execution.
• Collaborative and effective working with brand, regional, functional, and creative partners.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Full-time role based in New York, NY. The expected base salary range is $59,000–$85,200 USD; final compensation depends on factors such as qualifications, location, and relevant skills. PVH provides a market-competitive total rewards package.
