Procore Technologies is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate co-marketing with strategic technology partners and alliances. This role sits within Growth and Integrated Marketing and focuses on building integrated go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, demand, and revenue through partner-led and partner-influenced programs.

Role Summary
As Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead co-marketing initiatives across a portfolio of strategic technology partners and alliances. You will craft scalable programs and campaign frameworks, enable sales teams, and collaborate closely with partner sales, product, and solution teams. A core focus is developing integrated plans that generate pipeline—both sourced and influenced—while optimizing budget and performance against clear KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead co-marketing with strategic technology partners to drive awareness, demand, and revenue across global markets.
- Build and manage partner-specific marketing plans aligned to joint goals and revenue targets; align with partner sales and product/solution teams.
- Create scalable toolkits, messaging frameworks, solution briefs, sales enablement content, and campaign-in-a-box programs.
- Plan and support partner-led and partner-influenced campaigns across direct sales reps and downstream reseller networks, including webinars and events.
- Provide partners and resellers with content to generate leads and accelerate deals; develop proposals, co-investment strategies, and MDF processes.
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance using KPIs such as sourced and influenced pipeline; manage budgets for maximum ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to evaluate opportunities and orchestrate integrated go-to-market plans in target markets.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5–8 years of B2B channel/partner marketing experience with global technology partners, alliances, and reseller ecosystems.
- Proven track record driving demand generation and pipeline via multi-tier partner programs; experience managing MDF and co-marketing budgets.
- Proficient in co-branded campaign development and comprehensive sales enablement for partner motions.
- Data-driven, curious, and resourceful; comfortable with AI tools and workflows and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills across global, matrixed teams; familiarity with Salesforce, PRM, enablement, and project management platforms.
Compensation and Location
Base pay range is USD $144,000–$198,000. The role is eligible for bonus incentive compensation and equity compensation. Actual compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. Employment type is full-time, with the option to work remotely or from Austin, TX. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Growth and Integrated Marketing.
