Role Summary

Reporting into the CoC Channels business, the Growth Program Manager owns planning, execution, reporting, and oversight for multiple growth programs. Focus areas include program management (50%), account management (40%), and administrative coordination (10%). Success requires accessing and analyzing partner data, translating insights into action, securing buy-in from Channel Partner leaders, and operationalizing mechanisms that sustain follow-through and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple growth programs across internal teams and external Channel Partners.
  • Access relevant data sets and translate analysis into partner-specific insights.
  • Articulate program value and secure commitment from Channel Partner leaders.
  • Execute on growth drivers and program priorities to expand admin fee revenue.
  • Mechanize accountability, track deliverables, and enforce follow-through with partners.
  • Monitor, audit, and report program progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Serve as account owner for Channel Partners not covered by a CoC Region Director and collaborate cross-functionally (CoC RD, MFS, and others).
  • Respond to partner issues promptly; resolve or escalate within the account team.
  • Advise partners using knowledge of CoC contracts, suppliers, and distribution agreements.
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM and tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Document partner goals, identify relevant programs, and cross-sell where appropriate.
  • Quantify and communicate program value during business reviews and planning cycles.
  • Represent CoC Channels’ interests across internal forums and initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of applicable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strengths in business analytics, program/project management, and relationship management.
  • Supplier contract connection expertise with a major GPO; success in matrixed account management.
  • Proven history managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs to drive growth.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and deadline-driven; able to reprioritize quickly.
  • Clear communicator across in-person and digital settings; comfortable making independent decisions.
  • Proficient with standard software tools and CRMs; collaborative in fast-paced environments.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $90,000–$150,000 USD. Final salary depends on market factors including budget, internal equity, education, unique skills and experience, and geographic location. The position is remote with travel requirements of 1–20% within the U.S., and work is primarily sedentary.
