Pixi Beauty is hiring a Marketing Coordinator (Events) to plan and execute creator-driven activations that elevate brand awareness and deliver measurable impact. This on-site role in Los Angeles supports cross-functional teams and ensures every detail—from guest lists to post-event reporting—is handled with precision.

Role Summary
In this full-time role, you’ll coordinate end-to-end events, support influencer and creator programs, manage vendors and budgets, and collaborate with marketing, PR, and digital teams. You’ll serve as the on-site lead for setup and execution, and deliver fast, insightful recaps to optimize future activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies; maintain ambassador lists and growth/event reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept through completion, aligning with brand goals and audience needs.
- Partner with marketing, PR, and digital teams to maximize awareness, creator engagement, and press coverage.
- Research, source, and manage venues, vendors, and partners; negotiate options and pricing to meet budgets and timelines.
- Build and manage press, influencer, and VIP guest lists; coordinate RSVPs, confirmations, and seating as needed.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, permits, rentals, staffing, and transportation to deliver seamless experiences.
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact; manage setup, execution, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Propose new event formats and creative concepts to keep activations fresh and engaging.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event communications, content capture, and press outreach.
- Deliver a high-level recap within 24 hours; provide a full performance report within one week with metrics and recommendations.
- Represent the brand across touchpoints; educate and excite creators through gifting, hosting, and events.
- Support general marketing needs (presentations, reports, brainstorming) and identify process improvements.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years in marketing, brand management, or event coordination; beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred.
- Exceptional organization and project management; comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with brand storytelling and experiential marketing sensibilities.
- Knowledge of social platforms and digital marketing trends; proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or project management tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused; strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment; passion for the beauty industry and the Pixi brand; willingness to travel for events.
Compensation And Location
Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site). Employment: Full-time. Compensation: $52,303–$62,988 USD annually. Travel is required as needed for events.
