Role Summary

Title: Growth Lead

Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred (San Francisco, CA) • Type: Full-time • Experience: 1+ years in marketing, growth, or a similar role (startup experience preferred)

You will lead end-to-end growth: shaping the brand, running experiments, managing paid channels, partnering across the company, and improving the user journey from first touch to renewal. Success looks like measurable gains in acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand and Marketing: Develop the brand voice, content strategy, and online presence across channels.
  • Customer Success: Engage with users, map needs across the funnel, and improve the end-to-end experience.
  • Growth Experiments: Prioritize, run, and measure experiments to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Paid Ads: Manage budgets across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels; report on ROI and learnings.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze metrics, improve conversion rates, and reduce churn through systematic testing.
  • Creative Campaigns: Ideate and launch campaigns that earn attention and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and leadership to align growth with company goals.

Ideal Profile

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or a similar role; startup experience preferred.
  • Self-starter who can take ideas from concept to execution with minimal oversight.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics tools to track, analyze, and report performance.
  • Creative mindset and willingness to test unconventional ideas responsibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and external work.
  • Familiarity with paid ads platforms, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Bonus: Design, video editing, or content creation skills.

Compensation And Location

Total compensation (base + incentives) targeted at USD $120,000–$180,000, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, CA, with Bay Area candidates preferred.
