Role Summary

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Marketing Assistant contributes to content development, light graphic design, channel execution (website, social, email, and print), and event planning. The role also interfaces with outside marketing firms and third-party vendors to coordinate deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Growth Officer with administrative and marketing tasks.
• Create light graphic design assets and basic layouts for campaigns and collateral.
• Draft and edit copy for internal and external channels, including website, social media, email, and print.
• Coordinate events and trade shows, from logistics to on-site support as needed.
• Collaborate with outside marketing firms and third-party vendors to align scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Support initiatives that improve overall marketing and public relations efforts.
• Maintain organized processes, calendars, and documentation for the CGO’s priorities.
