Role Summary

As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will own and optimize acquisition across Meta, Google, and Amazon. You will be in-platform daily managing budgets, bids, audiences, and creative testing—while partnering cross-functionally to refine full-funnel strategy and improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS. The role blends strategy with execution, leveraging data and AI tools to scale efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube, Display), and Amazon (Search).
  • Execute in-platform media buying, pacing, bid strategies, audience testing, and ad deployment.
  • Continuously refine channel strategy to improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS; reallocate spend based on performance signals.
  • Partner with creative and lifecycle teams to test and iterate performance assets that convert.
  • Run cohort and attribution analyses; synthesize insights into clear next steps and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with data science, brand, and finance to align growth plans with business objectives and margin targets.
  • Launch tests across audiences, creative, landing pages, and platforms to unlock new scalable opportunities.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years managing paid media in Meta, Google, and Amazon; DTC, CPG, or subscription experience preferred.
  • Analytical decision-maker with strong attribution literacy and comfort using data to guide strategy.
  • Creative problem-solver and builder who iterates systems to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Results-oriented, focused on KPIs, forecasts, and scaling what works responsibly.
  • Collaborative and curious teammate with a growth mindset and strong communication skills.
  • AI-fluent: leverages AI tools to optimize performance, automate workflows, generate creative assets, and accelerate decisions.

Tools and Domain Knowledge

  • Experience in health, wellness, or biotech is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau, Skai, Perpetua, or Triple Whale is a strong bonus.
  • Understanding of creative performance metrics and iteration workflows for growth assets.

Compensation and Location

  • $150,000–$170,000 USD base salary, depending on experience.
  • Full-time role based in San Francisco, CA.
