Role Summary
As a Growth Consultant intern, you’ll execute daily LinkedIn outreach, nurture conversations using provided scripts and SOPs, and schedule discovery calls with interested prospects. You’ll maintain meticulous logs, collaborate with your team lead, and build a practical foundation in business development, sales, and digital marketing within a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 30+ LinkedIn outreaches per day (connection requests and messages).
- Nurture leads using conversation scripts and SOPs (training provided).
- Schedule Zoom/Google Meet calls with engaged prospects.
- Maintain daily outreach and follow-up logs; report to the team lead/manager.
Must-Have Requirements
- Active LinkedIn account that is at least 1 year old.
- Basic English communication skills (written and conversational).
- Laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.
- Daily availability of 3–6 hours, Monday to Saturday.
- Professional attitude and commitment to daily targets.
Good To Have
- Experience in sales, outreach, or client communication.
- Interest in digital marketing, IT, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
