Marketing Manager, Apparel At Overtime

Overtime is seeking a Marketing Manager, Apparel to lead prospect conversion and lifecycle strategy for its Lifestyle & Consumer Brand. This role is built for a data-led lifecycle marketer who can turn insights into campaigns that move the needle on conversion, retention, and LTV. You will own CRM programs end to end, collaborate across strategy, creative, product, and data, and help scale automation across the OT and OTE ecosystem.

Overtime is growing its Lifestyle & Consumer Brand and building out programs that engage fans across the broader OT and OTE ecosystem. The company is focused on audience development, conversion, and long-term customer value through data-informed, creatively executed marketing.

Role Summary

As the Marketing Manager, Apparel, you will architect and execute lifecycle journeys and campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail, with a heavy emphasis on testing, segmentation, and automation. You will design prospect nurture programs, implement multichannel remarketing, and operationalize data- and activity-driven triggers that scale once proven. Success looks like higher conversion rates, stronger engagement, and measurable improvements in LTV/CAC, supported by clear weekly and monthly KPI reporting. A background in direct response and email marketing is important, along with the creativity to translate strategy into customer-relevant messaging.

Location: New York, NY. Overtime expects the annual salary for this position to be approximately $90,000–$100,000 USD, plus benefits, paid time off, and stock options. Final compensation and benefits are determined by the employer.
