Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated lifecycle journeys and one-off campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail to drive subscribers and conversion.
- Build segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize conversion and improve LTV/CAC.
- Create prospect nurture programs that sustain long-term engagement across a growing customer base.
- Lead multichannel remarketing strategies and manage implementation from brief to launch.
- Partner with strategy and creative teams to develop brand-relevant messaging and promotions.
- Run an aggressive cadence of daily experiments to improve conversion across hyper-targeted segments.
- Design multi-touch conversion strategies using data- and activity-driven triggers; operationalize via automation once validated.
- Own KPI reporting, including weekly and monthly performance updates and insights.
Ideal Profile
- Hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in startup or direct-to-consumer environments; sports marketing/ticketing a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM, ESP, and CDPs (e.g., Simon Data, Klaviyo, Attentive, HubSpot or similar) and martech onboarding.
- Growth/acquisition experience with at least two years focused on converting prospects and win-backs.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to generate insights, inspire campaigns, and inform strategy.
- Track record overseeing campaign development from brief through creative collaboration to launch.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting; SQL is beneficial and a learning mindset is essential.
- Strong testing acumen (A/B and multivariate) and familiarity with experimentation tools and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and proofreading.
- Self-starter who solves immediate challenges while recommending process and efficiency improvements.
- Comfortable launching and optimizing products; able to work autonomously across teams and functions.
Compensation And Location
Location: New York, NY. Overtime expects the annual salary for this position to be approximately $90,000–$100,000 USD, plus benefits, paid time off, and stock options. Final compensation and benefits are determined by the employer.
