Role Summary

The Growth Marketing Manager will own end-to-end lead generation and nurturing to deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities. You’ll design multi-channel campaigns, build scalable lifecycle programs, and partner closely with sales on handoff, follow-up cadences, and attribution. The scope includes website optimization, email and newsletter strategy, webinars, social, third-party forums, and field marketing (events and trade shows). This is a cross-functional, execution-heavy role spanning content, systems, operations, and revenue alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for programs that generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
  • Design scalable, multi-channel campaigns for priority audience segments.
  • Build systems for lead capture, segmentation, scoring, and automated nurture workflows.
  • Develop content for email, landing pages, webinars, newsletters, and social channels.
  • Shape visitor journeys and conversion paths on the website by buyer type.
  • Support field marketing: trade shows, customer events, and partner activations.
  • Align with sales leadership on handoff points, SLAs, and follow-up cadences.
  • Measure campaign and funnel performance; optimize for lead quality and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with product marketing, content, design, and sales for cross-channel consistency.

Ideal Profile

Core Qualifications

  • Proven experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B).
  • Track record of generating and nurturing leads that convert to revenue.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, thresholds, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Hands-on with tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Content development for emails, landing pages, webinars, and social campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales on lead quality, follow-up, and attribution.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and biased toward execution and iteration.

Bonus Experience

  • Marketing for hardware, IoT, sensors, autonomous systems, or related industries (lidar/radar/cameras).
  • Experience with AI tools for sales and marketing automation; consulting experience or an MBA.

Compensation, Benefits & Location

Job Type: Full-time | Location: San Francisco, CA (Mission District office). Base salary range: $91,000–$165,000 USD, depending on skills, experience, location, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
