OTC Markets Group is hiring an AVP, Digital Marketing to lead integrated programs that elevate brand visibility, generate qualified pipeline, enable sales, and strengthen retention across its core business lines.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the AVP, Digital Marketing will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel initiatives across CRM, content, social, SEO, and sales enablement. This leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes that support growth across Corporate Services, Market Data, and OTC Link.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated digital marketing programs across CRM, direct and relationship marketing, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Design and implement targeted CRM and lead generation campaigns for Corporate Services, Market Data, and OTC Link.
  • Develop engaging content for @OTCMarkets social channels to build visibility and engagement with key audiences.
  • Create marketing and sales assets, including blog posts, webinars, videos, fact sheets, case studies, and press releases.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate performance and inform optimization.
  • Support sponsored in-office and external events with targeted marketing plans and follow-up.
  • Advance the OTC Markets brand through consistent messaging, creative storytelling, and strategic execution.

Ideal Profile

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services, capital markets, or adjacent sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Expertise across digital channels with emphasis on CRM, content marketing, and lead generation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, compelling narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of using data and insights to guide decisions and optimizations.
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
  • Experience with social and content tools such as Google Analytics, Storyblok, WordPress, Canva, and Sprout Social.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to execution.

Compensation And Location

Full-time role based in New York, NY, within a hybrid model (three days in office, two days remote). Base compensation: $115,000–$125,000 USD annually, depending on experience. The role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and equity.
