Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and publish multi-channel social content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) aligned to brand goals and voice.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to produce platform-native assets that are optimized for distribution.
- Maintain corporate and executive social accounts; amplify leadership content and manage influencer-driven initiatives where relevant.
- Track performance and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; use tools like Google Analytics and DashThis to inform decisions.
- Adjust strategy based on data to improve reach, engagement, and conversion efficiency across channels and campaigns.
- Manage publishing workflows and calendars (e.g., Hootsuite) to ensure consistent execution and organized governance.
- Lead daily community management; monitor, moderate, and respond to build trust and loyalty among customers and partners.
- Run social contests and takeovers to grow followers organically and encourage conversation (reshares, tagging, geo-tagging).
- Educate the sales field via 1:1 consultations, onboarding sessions, and monthly trainings on social media best practices.
- Oversee online reputation management across platforms such as Experience.com, Google Business Profile, Indeed, and Glassdoor; respond to reviews and implement strategies to increase positive recognition.
- Support social compliance through audits and manual monitoring of sales team content; review post requests to mitigate risk.
- Manage local search and reputation initiatives to improve visibility and discovery.
- Identify trends and emerging platforms; pursue relevant trainings and certifications to keep the strategy current.
- Manage influencer partnerships within the sales field to extend reach and credibility.
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Reddit; support broader digital advertising needs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing goals and cross-functional initiatives.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or equivalent training/experience.
- 3+ years managing social media for a brand or organization; mortgage or financial industry experience preferred.
- Creative and strategic storyteller with strong writing, video editing, and visual skills; comfortable serving as an on-camera spokesperson as needed.
- Working knowledge of SEO and web optimization techniques; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on content performance.
- Proficiency with social tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Hearsay, Buffer), creative apps (CapCut, Canva), and Google Ads.
- Comfort with analytics, metrics, and reporting; capable of translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and advertising budgets is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation And Location
Location: Charlotte, NC. The estimated salary range for this role is $53,575–$67,194 USD, based on the provided data. Work is performed in a standard office environment with computer-based tasks; occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
