Origami Risk LLC is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and measure multi-channel programs that drive engagement and pipeline. This full-time, remote role blends hands-on campaign operations with marketing technology administration and cross-functional collaboration.

Company Overview

Origami Risk delivers single-platform SaaS solutions that help organizations manage risk, insurance, compliance, and safety. Founded by industry veterans, the company focuses on configurable, intuitive, and scalable technology that supports both insurable and uninsurable risk, facilitates compliance, and enhances safety—enabling insurers, MGAs, TPAs, brokers, and corporate clients to achieve measurable results. A commitment to client success underpins its product development, implementation, and support approach.

Role Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the orchestration and optimization of digital programs across paid media, SEO, email, and web analytics. You’ll streamline workflows, drive automation, and integrate marketing technologies to reduce friction between teams and accelerate growth. Core responsibilities include Marketo administration, Demandbase intent data stewardship, UTM governance, and performance reporting—all in close partnership with Brand and Content, Demand Generation, Events, and Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with agencies and vendors on paid media and SEO strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance; deliver insights and recommendations to improve ROI and ad spend efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, channel opportunities, and emerging platforms.
  • Maintain database cleanliness and integrity, including accurate list uploads from events and content syndication.
  • Administer Demandbase intent data: user management, configuration, and cross-team troubleshooting.
  • Champion AI strategy across marketing to automate repeatable processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead Marketo administration: segmentation, workflows, API integrations, templates, A/B testing, and personalization.
  • Create and manage UTM parameters to ensure accurate multi-channel attribution and analysis.
  • Document processes, projects, and recommendations; support additional projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology services; proven digital and marketing ops background.
  • Hands-on expertise with Marketo and Marketo Measure (or similar automation platforms); API integration experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies and implementation strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent multitasking, project management, and collaboration skills; experience with Asana or similar tools.
  • Understanding of digital best practices, automation, buyer personas, and buyer journeys; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Starting base pay: $57,000–$67,000 USD, dependent on skills, experience, location, and market conditions. The role is full-time and remote, bonus-eligible, and includes comprehensive benefits. Pay ranges and programs may be modified in the future.

  • Medical and Dental coverage for employees, dependents, domestic partners, and spouses; Vision fully paid by employer.
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance fully paid by employer; additional voluntary coverages available (Pet, Critical Illness, Voluntary Life & AD&D).
  • Flexible PTO (except where noted) plus 10 paid company holidays where available; generous family leave (including adoption and foster care).
  • 401(k) with company match up to 4%; FSA, HSA, Dependent Care, and Commuter Benefits; Employee Assistance Program.
  • Education Assistance Program and wellness reimbursement.
