Revenue Growth Manager At Opella (Virginia, Full-Time)
Opella seeks a data-driven Revenue Growth Manager to unlock profitable growth through pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies. This role partners closely with commercial leaders, turns insights into action, and helps embed a revenue growth mindset across the business.

Role Summary
As Revenue Growth Manager, you will leverage consumer insights, tools, and analytics to identify and capture margin and revenue opportunities. You will partner with sales, finance, and other functions to shape channel strategies, govern pricing and promotions, and monitor outcomes. The role also includes leadership of a pricing and promotional administration team and stewardship of the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system to drive consistent, efficient practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Business intelligence: Build tools and processes to analyze price, promotion, assortment, and trade terms; generate insights to inform revenue strategy.
- Commercial partnership: Support channel strategies with sales leaders; track results and translate learnings into action plans.
- Policy and planning: Embed value management into commercial reviews, planning, and budgeting to guide decision-making.
- Governance and outcomes: Run monthly gross-to-net reviews, including promotional analysis and reconciliation in partnership with finance.
- TPM ownership: Guide TPM projects end to end; drive best-practice use of systems (e.g., BlueshiftONE), including upgrades and process redesign.
- Team leadership: Lead a pricing and promotional administration team; streamline pricing systems and processes; champion RGM culture across the business.
Ideal Profile
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Background in consumer, retail, or FMCG; prior roles in revenue management, finance, sales, or trade marketing; strong strategic and commercial acumen; adept at storytelling through data for diverse audiences.
- Technical skills: Proficient with TPM systems (Blueshift a plus), SAP, and Power BI; advanced analytics to translate data into insights and actions.
- Soft skills: Visible leadership and stakeholder influence; clear communication; change agility; resilience; ability to build cross-functional rapport and challenge constructively.
Compensation And Location
Salary range: $86,584–$118,553 USD annually. Employment type: Full-time. Location: Virginia.
