Role Summary
As a Junior Media Buyer, you will assist senior strategists and account managers with setting up, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. You will help monitor performance, support testing and iteration, and collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams. The role offers hands-on mentorship and exposure to high-performing eCommerce campaigns as you work toward greater ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with campaign setup and execution on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels for eCommerce clients.
- Track KPIs, compile performance reports, and surface insights on wins and areas for optimization.
- Support testing and optimization to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion performance under guidance from senior buyers.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging, creative assets, and audience targeting.
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new tools; apply learnings with support from senior team members.
Ideal Profile
- 1+ year of media buying experience; Meta required. Google preferred; TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms are a plus. Agency experience is beneficial.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and interpreting performance data.
- Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from feedback and testing.
- Motivation to grow into managing larger budgets and client-facing responsibilities over time.
- Passionate about digital marketing and comfortable working independently when needed.
Compensation And Location
Salary range: $30,000–$60,000 USD per year, with performance-based incentives. This is a full-time, remote position with a work-from-anywhere culture.
