Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing, AMER, the Senior Lead sets the strategy for the GSG channel, serves as the primary marketing contact for senior stakeholders at key accounts, and manages a small, high-performing team. You’ll translate brand priorities into account-specific plans, activate fully integrated campaigns across media, in-store, digital, and experiential channels, and use data to optimize performance against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GSG channel strategy and account plans aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
  • Build integrated campaigns across media, retail environments, digital, and experiences to ensure a consistent, elevated brand presence.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for senior marketing leaders at GSG accounts and internal sales leadership, driving alignment and influence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team; foster growth and clear impact across workstreams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with trade, events, visual merchandising, and technical reps to execute seamlessly and amplify brand stories in market.
  • Anticipate market trends and consumer insights to innovate and optimize B2B initiatives.
  • Use data to inform campaign development, measurement, and continuous improvement tied to business outcomes.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing within premium or performance-oriented global retail; footwear or apparel experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of people leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills; adept at aligning stakeholders and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Effective communicator able to synthesize diverse interests and influence decisions across levels and functions.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing—digital, in-store, and experiential—with successful activation experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities; able to translate complex data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to On’s global hubs and key accounts.

Location: Portland, OR. Estimated salary range: USD 104,068–125,979. Travel: Up to 30%.
