Role Summary
As Growth Marketing Coordinator, you’ll execute targeted campaigns, manage paid media, support email and marketing automation, maintain tracking, and enable the sales team with timely insights and collateral. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing operations and sales, report to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, and contribute directly to marketing-sourced pipeline by turning ideas into well-run programs, clean data, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
- Launch and optimize targeted campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive qualified top-of-funnel interest.
- Track and analyze CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and MQLs to inform next steps.
- Contribute to A/B tests, audience segmentation, and campaign messaging in partnership with stakeholders and content.
- Assist with email nurtures, list segmentation, and flow execution using tools such as Marketo and Groove.
- Maintain accurate UTM parameters and implement links in Marketo and Salesforce for reliable attribution.
Marketing Operations & Enablement
- Build and schedule campaign emails, landing pages, and forms using existing templates with Marketing Ops.
- Collaborate with creative to produce landing page wireframes in Figma for stakeholder feedback and iteration.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination via dedicated Slack channels and timely campaign updates.
- Support sales enablement with collateral, lead insights, and campaign context to improve follow-up.
- Assist in campaign fulfillment tasks such as sourcing, assembly, and shipping as needed.
Reporting & Data Hygiene
- Compile post-activation performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform optimization.
- Maintain clean, segmented lists to support lead flow, routing, and accurate reporting.
- Partner with Marketing Ops to QA data and ensure consistency across systems.
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with paid platforms and digital campaign execution workflows.
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and basic CRM navigation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, Domo, and Figma.
- Comfort analyzing campaign metrics and translating insights into action.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at juggling multiple priorities.
- Nice to have: exposure to Mobly; basic HTML/CSS for edits; experience with Groove, Gong, Microsoft Clarity, and GA4.
- Clear communicator with a proactive, “get it done” mindset and eagerness to learn.
Compensation & Location
Full-time role based at ObservePoint HQ in Pleasant Grove, UT. Estimated salary range: $67,568–$89,837 USD, commensurate with experience. Department: Marketing; Reports to: Sr. Product Marketing Manager.
