Noodle is hiring a Coordinator, Marketing Strategic Planning to help translate partner Statements of Work into actionable, scalable marketing plans. This full-time, remote role supports annual planning, cross-functional coordination, and the operational execution that drives enrollment and institutional marketing outcomes for university partners.

Role Summary

The Coordinator will support Noodle’s annual marketing planning process for university partnerships, ensuring initiatives align with broader strategic goals. Working closely with the Director of Marketing Strategic Planning and cross-functional teams, you’ll operationalize plans in the project management system, maintain documentation, and monitor resourcing and risks to set execution teams up for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director to convert Statements of Work and strategic priorities into scoped annual plans in collaboration with Account Management and Strategy.
  • Own documentation for the planning process, including meeting notes, project builds, and ongoing plan updates and changes.
  • Organize, facilitate, and lead planning meetings and presentations with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build annual plan projects in the project management system with accurate scope, budget, and timelines to enable day-to-day management.
  • Align planned work with partner goals and performance priorities; facilitate effective briefings and kickoffs with marketing services teams.
  • Monitor capacity, resources, and project status across teams; anticipate and flag risks early.
  • Develop and maintain planning playbooks, best practices, and template libraries to improve year-over-year planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools by facilitating proactive feedback loops.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You bring foundational planning and coordination skills, with the ability to translate strategy into operational plans and documentation:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience; higher education experience preferred.
  • Marketing planning or project management background; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Wrike or similar) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, team-based environment; interest in a mission-driven, fast-paced team.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

• Salary: USD $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience

• Type: Full-time, remote (U.S.-based)

• Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States and reside in the U.S. for the duration of employment
