Role Summary

As the Home Health Care Marketer, you will drive lead and referral generation, build targeted campaigns across digital, print, and social channels, optimize web content for search, and support community outreach events. You’ll partner closely with care coordination and sales to align execution with growth goals and track performance using analytics and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and referrals; build and manage a steady pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns across digital, print, and social channels tailored to the home care market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities in home care services.
  • Support SEO initiatives by optimizing website content and monitoring performance metrics to improve visibility and referrals.
  • Create engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials for clients and referral sources (e.g., physicians, community organizations).
  • Collaborate with care coordination and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and service lines.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate online initiatives to boost engagement and facilitate service inquiries, including enhancements to e-commerce-style request flows.
  • Maintain organized records of activities, budgets, and performance results to track ROI and inform planning.
  • Organize, attend, and execute home care marketing and community events to drive awareness and referrals.
  • Meet monthly sales and referral goals, reporting progress and learnings to stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years of sales or marketing experience in home care or senior services, or a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of home care marketing principles and referral ecosystems; familiarity with regulations and processes preferred.
  • Proven SEO proficiency and excellent copywriting skills tailored to clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Expertise in B2B and face-to-face sales with a consultative approach to relationship building.
  • Hands-on experience with social media and email marketing platforms, plus best practices for campaign management and deliverability.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting metrics and translating insights into action plans.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Ads; strong time management and multitasking skills.

Compensation And Location

This is a part-time, contract position based on-site in Boston, MA. Compensation is $27.16–$32.71 per hour USD, based on experience. Bonuses and additional compensation may be available based on performance.
