Role Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) leads sales, merchandising, and strategic marketing initiatives with priority wholesale partners in the outdoor specialty market. You will own revenue planning, sell-in and sell-through analytics, seasonal presentations, and cross-functional execution to meet sales and margin targets. The KAM acts as the liaison between the brand, key accounts, and an independent sales force to ensure plans are communicated and delivered end to end.

Location: Rohnert Park, CA | Job Type: Full-time, Remote. The California base pay range is $107,300–$131,050 USD, based on experience related to the required skills. Travel is typically 25–30%.
