Role Summary

As the Marketing Manager for Netflix House, you will lead campaign strategy and execution for new market launches and ongoing growth in existing locations. You will shape brand perception, build high-impact campaign frameworks, and ensure creative consistency across touchpoints. The role partners closely with brand, marcomms, creative, production, insights, and operations to align efforts with the broader Netflix brand and relevant title campaign moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of integrated campaigns for new and existing Netflix House locations to drive demand and ticket sales.
  • Shape and evolve the Netflix House brand identity across markets, channels, and formats.
  • Integrate campaigns with relevant Netflix title launches, leveraging cultural moments to build buzz and visitation.
  • Partner with Marcomms to deliver cohesive multi-channel plans that ladder up to brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with insights and brand strategy to define target audiences and local/global positioning.
  • Elevate in-venue retail, food & beverage, games, and experiences into standalone branded propositions.
  • Develop strategic messaging that builds brand affinity, encourages repeat visitation, and grows ticket sales.
  • Act as operational and strategic lead for launches, managing milestones and cross-functional taskforces.
  • Deliver campaign recaps, share learnings, and continuously improve the national and global playbook.
  • Identify workflow opportunities to improve efficiency through better tools, processes, or coordination.

Ideal Profile

  • 8+ years in retail, hospitality, or live entertainment marketing with a focus on driving visitation and ticket sales.
  • Proven launch marketing experience and ability to generate buzz for new openings or experiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strength in cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with internal, external, and agency partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive, innovative, and biased toward action.
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational and resource management skills.
  • Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for Netflix culture.

Compensation and Location

Location: Los Angeles, CA. Compensation for this role ranges from $170,000 to $360,000 USD annually. Netflix’s compensation structure is salary-only (no bonuses), with an annual choice of salary versus stock options. Individual compensation is informed by market indicators and aligned to job family, background, skills, and experience.
