Nespresso is hiring a Regional Partnership Manager (B2B) to strengthen local partnerships and drive growth across office coffee and hospitality segments. If you excel at building distributor relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and enabling partner sales teams, this role offers the chance to make a measurable impact across a high-visibility region.

Role Summary

The Regional Partnership Manager (B2B – Office Coffee Services) ensures alignment and execution of Nespresso’s Route-to-Market strategy with regional distributors, GPOs, and facility/property management partners. You will negotiate local agreements, roll out national programs, and act as the operational point of contact for partner distribution and field teams—training sales and technical teams, optimizing execution, and expanding penetration within strategic customer segments across Workplace and Hospitality/Travel.

Compensation, Location, And Travel

Base salary range: $125,000–$140,000 USD. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including 401(k) with company match and healthcare coverage; incentives and benefits may vary by position.

  • Location: Remote within the Southern Mid-West; ideal candidates are based in Dallas, Houston, or Austin, TX. Posting location: Austin, TX.
  • Travel: 40%+ as business needs require.
