This remote U.S. role blends strategic product storytelling with hands-on enablement across a fast-evolving healthcare marketing portfolio.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to strategize, package, and launch premium healthcare marketing solutions. The role emphasizes clear product narratives, disciplined go-to-market execution, and building sales and partner readiness through training, assets, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Activation: Orchestrate cross-functional teams to activate comprehensive GTM strategies for core products and acquisitions.
- Product Launches: Lead end-to-end launches for new products, features, partnerships, and integrations; ensure adoption through coordinated enablement.
- Positioning And Messaging: Develop differentiated narratives and create advanced collateral, presentations, and content for social and web.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with leadership to deliver tools, training, and resources that elevate product literacy and competitive storytelling.
- Partner Enablement: Equip partners with messaging, content, and training to convey Swoop’s value proposition across their networks.
- Market Analysis: Lead ongoing analysis of industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine strategies and identify opportunities or risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between product, sales, marketing, and training to maintain alignment throughout the lifecycle.
- Customer-Centricity: Advocate for customer needs and pain points across initiatives to drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement, with strong GTM ownership in HealthTech and AdTech.
- Healthcare background is required, including familiarity with health data and endemic platforms.
- Experience in fast-growth, sales-focused environments; calm under tight deadlines and able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective project management; expert PowerPoint skills; experience with Seismic or similar enablement platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; preference for candidates in the U.S. East Coast tri-state area.
Compensation And Location
Salary range: $145,000–$165,000 USD per year. This is a remote role within the United States, with a preference for candidates in the tri-state area of the East Coast.
