Role Summary
- Own day-to-day prospecting, lead nurturing, and CRM hygiene to support pipeline targets.
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups while tracking sales activities and timelines.
- Assist with multi-channel marketing campaigns and create supporting content and assets.
- Respond to product inquiries and share relevant information with prospects and customers.
- Gather customer feedback and partner with internal teams to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Prospect Management: Cold call, follow up, and manage leads, prospects, and accounts within CRM systems.
- Sales Support & Coordination: Schedule meetings, calls, and product demos; manage calendars and track sales activities.
- Product Information & Inquiries: Respond to questions and provide accurate information on software products and services.
- Customer Insights & Collaboration: Collect feedback and collaborate with development, support, and marketing teams on priorities.
- Marketing Content & Campaigns: Assist with email, social, and content marketing; create copy, basic visuals, and simple videos using common tools.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to inform optimization.
Ideal Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service; B2B sales and software sales exposure is a plus.
- College degree preferred; strong grasp of marketing principles is helpful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity is advantageous.
- Content skills: Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, plus basic video creation and editing.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Irvine, CA. Compensation starts at $40,000 annually (base), plus commission and an annual bonus. The company provides a comprehensive package of benefits and on-site amenities to support well-being and productivity.
