Role Summary

As Client Success Manager, you’ll own outcomes for assigned accounts end-to-end. You will translate performance trends into strategic direction, connect tactics to revenue and profit, and coordinate internal teams across media, creative, and landing pages. Expect to run weekly client calls, deliver polished recaps and forward-looking growth plans, and identify opportunities to expand scope based on results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Media Management

  • Lead full-funnel strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV.
  • Understand platform algorithms, attribution models, and how channels interact.
  • Analyze view-through and click-through data against business goals.
  • Recommend proactive budget shifts and channel-mix adjustments.
  • Spot trends early and propose rapid, testable solutions.

Analytics And Reporting

  • Analyze results across multiple attribution windows and platforms.
  • Use Looker or similar tools to extract trends and strategic takeaways.
  • QA data for accuracy and resolve reporting inconsistencies quickly.
  • Build dashboards that surface actionable insights, not just data.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in digital marketing or client success at a performance-focused agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; highly organized and accountable.
  • Detail-obsessed with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional, distributed teams.

Compensation And Location

  • Location: Must reside in Colorado or New York; remote role.
  • Employment: Full-time, W2.
  • Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 USD annually.
  • Benefits: Health insurance, wellness benefits, and quarterly bonus.
