Role Summary
As Client Success Manager, you’ll own outcomes for assigned accounts end-to-end. You will translate performance trends into strategic direction, connect tactics to revenue and profit, and coordinate internal teams across media, creative, and landing pages. Expect to run weekly client calls, deliver polished recaps and forward-looking growth plans, and identify opportunities to expand scope based on results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Media Management
- Lead full-funnel strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV.
- Understand platform algorithms, attribution models, and how channels interact.
- Analyze view-through and click-through data against business goals.
- Recommend proactive budget shifts and channel-mix adjustments.
- Spot trends early and propose rapid, testable solutions.
Client Leadership And Communication
- Own weekly client calls with clarity and confidence.
- Translate performance into insights and strategic direction executives can act on.
- Connect tactical optimizations to big-picture growth goals.
- Challenge assumptions respectfully using data-backed rationale.
- Anticipate needs and address issues before they escalate.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and outcome owner for clients.
- Monitor and QA performance across channels, creatives, and landing pages.
- Align campaigns and assets to the agreed strategy and goals.
- Deliver concise recaps, dashboards, and forward-looking growth plans.
- Identify upsell opportunities grounded in performance insights.
Technical Expertise
Media Platforms
- Deep experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and CTV platforms.
- Skilled with UTMs, tracking setups, attribution modeling, and testing frameworks.
- Explain each platform’s role in the funnel and the media mix.
- Diagnose performance issues and guide teams on what to optimize.
Analytics And Reporting
- Analyze results across multiple attribution windows and platforms.
- Use Looker or similar tools to extract trends and strategic takeaways.
- QA data for accuracy and resolve reporting inconsistencies quickly.
- Build dashboards that surface actionable insights, not just data.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in digital marketing or client success at a performance-focused agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; highly organized and accountable.
- Detail-obsessed with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional, distributed teams.
Compensation And Location
- Location: Must reside in Colorado or New York; remote role.
- Employment: Full-time, W2.
- Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 USD annually.
