Role Summary
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will shape go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and product roadmap definition for power conversion technologies. Success in this role requires close collaboration with R&D, engineering, sales, and business development to align product development with market needs and accelerate adoption across compute (data centers, servers), mobility (e‑mobility, automotive), and robotics applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute product marketing strategy and roadmap for assigned products (AC/DC, DC/DC converters, power modules, and subsystems).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product development aligns with market demand and customer needs.
- Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and customer profiling to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for diverse customer audiences.
- Drive product launches with integrated campaigns, pricing strategies, sales enablement, and channel support to maximize revenue.
- Lead demand generation initiatives to build pipeline and accelerate adoption in target markets.
- Gather and synthesize customer insights through Voice of Customer (VoC) programs to refine strategy and offerings.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to support key accounts and strategic relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and product performance to inform decisions.
- Provide training and resources for sales, field engineers, and distribution partners to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate globally to maintain alignment across product, marketing, and sales functions.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in technology or electronics; exposure to compute, mobility, or robotics markets is ideal.
- Proven demand generation, go-to-market planning, and revenue growth experience.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for varied audiences.
- Experience with market analysis, segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable with technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience in fast-paced, global environments.
- Familiarity with Voice of Customer (VoC) programs and customer engagement best practices.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
- Understanding of power conversion technologies is a plus; advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s) is a bonus.
- Experience working with sales teams, field application engineers, and distribution partners; strong project management skills.

Work Environment
This position is on-site in Westborough, MA, with one flex day per week of remote work.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $140,000–$156,000 USD, based on market data and internal benchmarks. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
