Role Summary
As the Marketing and Social Media Associate, you will manage and grow Moment’s social presence, lead the coordination of creator and UGC initiatives, support PR outreach, and reinvigorate the affiliate program. You’ll develop on-trend content, collaborate across marketing to shape campaigns, and measure impact to guide iteration. This is a full-time, remote position with a global team; 4–5 hours of overlap with Eastern Time are required, and occasional travel may be needed for team building.
- Create UGC briefs, recruit and coordinate with creators, and ensure deliverables align to brand standards.
- Manage and grow social media channels end to end, including content calendars, posting, engagement, and basic analytics.
- Drive PR outreach and coordination to secure coverage and manage incoming requests with timely follow-up.
- Bring fresh, on-trend concepts to campaigns and social content, testing formats and narratives to improve performance.
- Create and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to expand reach, activate partners, and revitalize the program.
Ideal Profile
- Hands-on experience with social media management and creator/UGC partnerships.
- Sharp trend-spotting ability and a consumer-first approach to storytelling and community engagement.
- Video editing skills using tools like CapCut (or similar short-form editors).
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Growth mindset with eagerness to keep learning new tools, formats, and best practices.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
This is a full-time, remote role. Compensation ranges from $47,813.20 to $64,000.00 USD per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a 401(k) and paid time off. The team operates globally with collaboration anchored to Eastern Time; candidates should plan for 4–5 hours of ET overlap. Occasional travel may be required for team-building activities.
