Role Summary

As an Account Executive, you will own a territory strategy, build and nurture relationships, and close new business while expanding existing accounts. The focus is on profitable growth, long-term customer loyalty, and disciplined pipeline management. Success requires proactive prospecting, value-led consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a territory strategy to grow revenue and profitability while building long-term customer loyalty.
  • Forecast sales and develop creative, “out-of-the-box” strategies to win.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets across the territory and accounts.
  • Develop new relationships and maintain strong ties with existing clients and prospects.
  • Leverage market data and marketing resources to identify targets, uncover needs, and solution sell.
  • Navigate organizations across industries to advance opportunities and close deals.
  • Manage quotes and sales funnel on a monthly cadence for predictable results.
  • Maintain familiarity with competitors’ offerings and position MCA’s solutions effectively.
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting sales goals.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Location: Statesboro, GA | Employment Type: Full-time. Base compensation range: $40,974–$57,880 USD, plus commission with an uncapped plan. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Holiday Pay, and Education Incentives. MCA provides the tools to succeed (phone, laptop, vehicle allowance), an extensive new-hire training program with mentorship, and opportunities to support local disaster recovery efforts through company initiatives.

Work Environment And Travel

This role primarily works indoors. Duties may involve frequent standing, walking, and sitting; using hands to handle tools or controls; reaching; climbing stairs; and regular computer use requiring near vision. Occasional lifting or moving of equipment up to 15 pounds and positioning equipment may be required. Travel will occur as needed to support company and customer needs.
