Role Summary: Marketing Coordinator
As a self-starter and solution finder, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, regional marketing specialists, and third-party agencies to implement Mission’s marketing strategies. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day marketing needs for hospitals, executing campaigns and website updates, and supporting hospital teams via an internal ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital Marketing & Engagement Support
- Maintain and uphold Mission’s Core Values and Mission Statement.
- Partner with marketing business partners to create multi-channel campaigns for hospitals.
- Support hospital managers’ day-to-day marketing requests via an internal ticketing system and meet/exceed SLAs.
- Coordinate and execute website updates and troubleshoot marketing application issues with hospital teams.
- Assess, communicate, and manage project timelines with hospital managers.
Promotional Marketing Support
- Collaborate with hospitals to build unique promotional campaigns that drive growth.
- Work with in-house designers to develop graphics and creative assets.
- Report on promotional performance and outcomes related to hospital growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting a variety of clients across social media management, copywriting, project management, and digital marketing.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a Business-related field.
- 2–5 years of marketing experience (brand or agency).
- Veterinary or pet industry experience is a plus.
Compensation, Benefits & Location
Salary: $55,055–$66,043 USD, depending on experience.
