Miller Roofing Services is hiring a Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate its digital presence, generate qualified leads, and steward the brand across key channels. This full-time, in-person role is based in Sacramento, CA and focuses on building a measurable, local-first marketing engine.

Role Summary
The Social Media and Marketing Manager will develop and execute multi-channel strategies that strengthen brand visibility, drive inbound leads, and enhance online reputation. You’ll plan content, manage paid and organic campaigns, report on performance, and collaborate with leadership, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, ads, and stories tailored to local audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and ROI across channels.
- Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Design and execute local marketing campaigns with leadership, including direct mail, door hangers, community events, and partnerships.
- Track and report marketing KPIs such as leads generated, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to maintain consistent branding and messaging at every customer touchpoint.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new tools or strategies to improve performance.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally with local services brands.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram advertising best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Acculynx) and marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or Hootsuite (or similar).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the home services or construction industry is preferred but not required.
Compensation And Location
- Job Type: Full-time; in person.
- Compensation: USD $50,000–$60,000 per year base salary, plus performance-based incentives.
- Location: Sacramento, CA 95826; ability to commute required. Relocation before start date if needed.
