If you excel at building cohesive digital campaigns and turning data into action, this full-time, on-site role offers the chance to collaborate closely with marketing, sales, dealers, and HR to drive measurable results.

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes campaigns across social, email, web, and paid media. You will manage content calendars, collaborate on creative assets, support dealer and co-op initiatives, and partner with vendors on SEO/PPC. This is an on-site position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., located in West Fargo, ND.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize cross-channel digital campaigns with clear KPIs and performance insights.
  • Own social media content and ads: audience growth, community engagement, and reporting.
  • Build segmented email campaigns for dealers and customers, including copywriting, testing, and analysis.
  • Develop PR materials (press releases, articles, media kits) and maintain media lists to elevate brand visibility.
  • Partner with vendors on SEO, Google Ads/PPC, paid social, and retargeting campaigns to drive results.
  • Collaborate on content production (visuals, video, and assets) aligned to campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Support recruitment marketing with culture-forward content that highlights employee stories and benefits.
  • Equip dealers with assets and guidance for co-op marketing and local campaigns.
  • Own analytics and reporting; translate data into actionable recommendations and continuous improvements.
  • Manage marketing platforms, tools, content calendars, and external vendors for timely, consistent delivery.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, social media tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge of paid social, Google Ads, SEO, and PPC strategies; vendor collaboration experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Team-oriented, professional demeanor with a high standard for confidentiality and collaboration across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication and 5+ years in digital marketing, social media, or communications; agency experience preferred (or equivalent experience).

Compensation, Schedule, And Location

  • Salary: $56,156–$67,859 (USD), commensurate with experience.
  • Employment Type: Full-time; on-site only (not eligible for remote work).
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Location: West Fargo, ND.
